The filter should be moved from the center top of the bag to either right or left top.
If you look at picture where the filter is, in the middle, this section immediately gets blocked if you have a bowel movement in the middle of the night while sleeping and stops the filter from working and causes the bag to fill with air making it like a balloon which again makes the filter useless.
If you sleep with this bag you'll know what I'm talking about.
We need the filter to let filtered air escape so don't remove it JUST MOVE IT.
