Novolin Nordisk Flexpen 70/30 is a combination insulin made with 70% of intermediate-acting insulin(insulin NPH) and 30% of short-acting insulin (insulin regular.) The pen can dial doses up to 60 units in increments of 1 unit and is available at Walmart. Novolin 70/30 releases a hormone called insulin into the body to lower glucose (sugar) levels in the blood.

Since Novolin 70/30 is a combination insulin, it isn't easy to adjust your doses compared to single ingredient insulins.
